Cancellation Policy

Acknowledgment of Participation and Assumption of Risk I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in or attending the Royal Enchanted Kingdom Winter Wonderland event. I understand that this event may include, but is not limited to, flickering lights, music, decorative displays, character interactions, and other activities that may involve potential risks, including but not limited to tripping hazards, sensory sensitivities, or other unforeseen circumstances. I acknowledge that flickering or strobe-style lights may be present throughout the event and could affect individuals with light sensitivity, epilepsy, or similar medical conditions. I accept full responsibility for assessing my (or my child’s) ability to safely participate and will take all necessary precautions. Release of Liability In consideration of being allowed to participate in or attend this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Royal Enchanted Kingdom, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur while attending or participating in the Winter Wonderland event—whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I further understand and agree that Royal Enchanted Kingdom is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event. Medical Consent and Safety I certify that I (or my child/ward) am physically and emotionally able to participate safely. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Royal Enchanted Kingdom staff or emergency personnel to administer necessary medical care at my own expense. Media Release By signing below, I grant Royal Enchanted Kingdom permission to use photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation or further approval. Acknowledgment I have carefully read and fully understand this liability release and assumption of risk agreement. I voluntarily sign it and agree that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from this written agreement have been made.
